Orders & payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States. Orders over $75 ship free; estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Returns, exchanges & repairs
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Every Mercantile tee also carries a lifetime repair guarantee: if a seam blows or a print fades from normal wear, send it back and we’ll repair it rather than replace it.
Product descriptions
Because our tees are garment-dyed by hand in small batches, slight variation in color and texture between individual shirts is normal and not a defect. We do our best to represent color accurately online, but screens vary and exact shade may differ slightly from what you receive.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product photography, belongs to Mercantile Outfitters and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Mercantile Outfitters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
